All the keyboard shortcuts in facebook are browser specific, So if you have Google Chrome shortcuts will be like – Alt + #
In firefox – Shift + Alt + #
In Internet Explorer – Alt + #,then press Enter
In Mac OS – Alt + #
As Chrome is the most famous browser,here are its facebook key combinations,for others you can change with the respective keys:-
- Alt + 1 : Home
- Alt + 2 : Your Wall
- Alt + 3 : Pull down Friend request list
- Alt + 4 : Pull down Message list
- Alt + 5 : Pull down Notification list
- Alt + 6 : Accounts Settings
- Alt + 7 : Account privacy configuration
- Alt + 8 : Facebook fans group page
- Alt + 9 : Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
- Alt + 0 : Facebook Help Center
- Alt + m : Create new message
- Alt + ? : Search box Selected
